Job summary

IGT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a recruiting professional to identify candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future needs at our Alabang office.

You will partner with the recruitment team, leverage social media, industry research, and resume databases to reach passive candidates. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR, or related field, at least one year in recruitment, and strong English.

Job description

Responsible for identifying potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, and building talent pipelines. In partnership with the recruitment team, Sourcing leverages recruitment marketing, industry research and social media to target and connect with passive candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or other related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment, screening candidates, sourcing processes in a BPO/Call Center environment.
• Candidate must be proficient in English language with background on social media networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
• Flexible to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast moving environment.
• Amenable to work on-site in Alabang
