Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to drive sourcing initiatives across accounts. You will partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to implement sourcing and recruitment strategies, while promoting candidate experience throughout the process.

You will excel in active and passive candidate sourcing, leveraging multiple channels and networks to build robust talent pools and drive brand engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments with high volume of candidates.
• Experience recruiting in an RPO or internal setup.
• Expert-level sourcing, active and passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Ability to drive own network and source beyond platforms with out-of-the-box approaches.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Boolean search, networks and digital channels to find top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and manage multiple stakeholders for a best-in-class recruitment process.
• Provide guidance on market insights, mapping, trends and competitor movements.
• Develop exceptional candidate experiences and enhance brand engagement.
• Build and nurture strategic talent pools.
