Job summary

SPX Express is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a sorting center shift, ensuring on-time performance and efficient inbound to outbound flow. You will align SOPs with other shifts and departments, maintain key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in warehouse supervision, knowledge of warehouse automation is a plus, and strong leadership with the ability to coach and provide direct feedback to staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Strong performance management, communication and time management skills.
• Equivalent experience of a warehouse supervisor from 8 - 10 years and above; same industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable delivering and receiving frequent, direct, written and oral feedback.
• Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in Google Sheets & Slides are a MUST.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• In-charge to control performance of operation in the assigned shift in Sorting Center(s).
• Ensure that every aspect and detail of the shift runs smoothly from Inbound to Outbound.
• Align SOPs with other shifts and departments.
• Make sure metrics are met and report on performance.
