Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee sorting center activities, ensure KPI targets are met, and lead the team.

You will schedule tasks, monitor performance and attendance, and coordinate with departments to maintain on-time deliveries. Strong attention to detail and experience in e-commerce/logistics are essential.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, logistics or warehousing.
• Has supervisory experience with direct and agency staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting center processes and team to meet KPI targets.
• Create schedules and monitor tasks; manage performance and attendance.
• Ensure deliveries are processed and endorsed within timelines.
• Notify departments on non-conformance or shortages/overages.
• Ensure transfers are processed upon arrival into the warehouse.
• Provide reports to Functional Lead and SOC Lead for internal reporting.
