Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee sorting center operations, inbound, sorting and outbound processes, and a team to achieve KPI targets. You will schedule tasks, monitor performance, and manage attendance to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires a BS in Industrial Engineering with 2–5 years in e-commerce logistics or warehousing, supervisory experience, and a detail-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps is preferred.

Qualifications

BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required.
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics or warehousing.
Experience supervising direct and agency staff.
Strong attention to detail and process improvement background.
Proficient with MS Office and Google applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee sorting center processes (inbound, sorting, outbound) and teams to meet KPI targets.
Create schedules and monitor tasks; manage performance and attendance.
Ensure deliveries are received, checked, processed, and endorsed on time.
Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages are found.
Ensure transfers are processed upon arrival into the warehouse.
Provide reports to Functional Lead and SOC Lead for internal performance reporting.
