Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee sorting center operations, inbound, outbound, and staffing to meet KPI targets. You will schedule tasks, monitor attendance, ensure timely processing of deliveries, and escalate non-conformances.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering is required.
2–5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing.
Supervisory experience for direct and agency employees.
Detail-oriented with background in process improvement.
Proficient in MS and Google applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee sorting center processes (inbound, sorting, outbound) and teams to meet KPI targets.
Create schedules and monitor tasks; manage overall performance and attendance.
Ensure deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed within timelines.
Notify departments when non-conformances or shortages are found.
Ensure transfers are processed upon arrival into the warehouse.
Provide reports to Functional Lead / SOC Lead for internal performance reporting.
