Job summary

Forward Role Recruitment is partnering with an international B2B AI-powered SaaS company to recruit an Integration Engineer who owns customer integrations, onboarding and ongoing platform support.

You will work with Customer Success, engineering and enterprise customers to ensure deployments are delivered smoothly, troubleshoot issues, test configurations and maintain clear technical documentation across cloud and on-premises environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Integration/Implementation/Technical Support roles.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong troubleshooting including log analysis.
• Experience with LDAP, enterprise workflows or similar tech.
• Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences.
• Experience documenting issues via JIRA.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Structured, proactive, customer-focused.
• Able to work independently in a distributed international team.

Responsibilities

• Own customer integrations from onboarding through support.
• Configure and support channel, LDAP and workflow integrations.
• Perform integration testing and analyze system logs.
• Investigate issues and determine root cause.
• Create clear JIRA tickets with details and solutions.
• Attend customer meetings for technical guidance or troubleshooting.
• Support customers in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Maintain clear technical documentation throughout implementations.
