Job summary

The role operates in a hybrid setup (BGC) and is open to day shifts for PH-based candidates. You will analyze challenges, facilitate workshops, design future-state solutions, develop business cases, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Design, Business Analysis or related roles.
• Strong experience in business and transformation analysis.
• Proven ability to design and plan solutions.
• Experience creating business cases, process models, and target-state architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executives.
• Bridge between business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Experience in digital transformation and operating model design preferred.

Responsibilities

About the role

We're looking for 5 experienced Solutions Designers to help shape business, technology, and organizational transformation solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

• Analyze business challenges, operational processes, and organizational needs to identify opportunities for transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder consultations.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, and organizational structures and define future-state solutions.
• Develop end-to-end solution designs aligned with business objectives and technology capabilities.
• Create business cases, solution options, process models, capability maps, and target-state architectures.
• Evaluate solution alternatives, trade-offs, and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and technology/delivery teams.
• Present solution proposals and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.
• Support business process reengineering, digital transformation, change management, and organizational adoption initiatives.Contribute to transformation programs involving process, technology, data, governance, and organizational change.

About you

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Solutions Design, Business Analysis, Enterprise Transformation, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• Strong experience in business and transformation analysis.
• Proven experience in solution design and planning.
• Experience developing business cases, process models, capability maps, and target-state solutions/architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Experience in digital transformation, business process reengineering, operating model design, or enterprise transformation is highly preferred.
