The role operates in a hybrid setup (BGC) and is open to day shifts for PH-based candidates. You will analyze challenges, facilitate workshops, design future-state solutions, develop business cases, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Design, Business Analysis or related roles.
• Strong experience in business and transformation analysis.
• Proven ability to design and plan solutions.
• Experience creating business cases, process models, and target-state architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executives.
• Bridge between business requirements and technology capabilities.
• Experience in digital transformation and operating model design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and processes to identify transformation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Assess current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Develop end-to-end solution designs aligned with objectives and tech.
• Create business cases, options, models, maps, and target architectures.
• Evaluate alternatives and present recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with business, architects, analysts, and delivery teams.
• Present proposals to senior management and executives.
• Support transformation programs and organizational change initiatives.
