Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation activities such as installation, configuration and comprehensive documentation
• Perform preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain daily activities of all the work completed or work in-process
• Responds promptly to all requests made by authorized personnel in other departments who seek to utilize data processing or BSSC services.
• Ensure quality of service is rendered to all clients of CTI.
• Analyze and test alternative/new equipment/products, software configurations and recommend appropriate alternatives to supervisor.
• Ensure quality, productivity, cost effectiveness, and promptness of all BSSC services.
• Accountable for accuracy and documentation of output results/data.
• Attend job orders assigned by superiors or requested by sales personnel and CTI clients especially.
• Implement solutions to the client based on BSSC/company service standard or contract agreement.
• Conduct seminars or technical product training to clients, sales, pre-sales engineers and other technical engineers.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises or as assigned.

Job Specification

• Educational Qualifications: 4 years related course in IT, software development, hardware, or any computer courses
• Work Experience: 1-2 years related work experience.
• Skills: Relevant technical qualifications, at least 1-2 years experience of operating computer systems, knowledge of computer-based business packages, a broad range of technical computer skills, knowledge of the different industry and corporate settings may be required, good written and oral communication skills
