Job summary

Nexthink is seeking an Inside Solution Consultant to support the commercial sales team. You will serve as the technical expert for 4–6 Client Specialists, delivering technical presentations, validations, and demonstrations to win opportunities.

The role requires 4+ years in presales or technical consulting, deep knowledge of End User Computing and related IT disciplines, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. Boston-based with hybrid work and opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions to mid-to-large sized businesses.
• Proven track record partnering with a sales organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals in a high-velocity, transactional sales motion
• Experience serving as a key technical resource introducing new technology into a new market
• Experience in Workplace/End User/Desktop Services, Digital Experience Monitoring, Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or related migration/release/change projects
• ITIL framework, service lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines
• Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support on sales opportunities, including discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and other relevant activities.
• Engage with customers to demonstrate Nexthink solutions and communicate core value proposition and differentiators.
• Demonstrate how the Nexthink platform supports customer initiatives to deliver positive business outcomes.
• Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and align to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across End User Computing, IT Operations and ITSM to illustrate use cases with disruptive technology in a fast-growing market.
• Complete security questionnaires, RFIs and RFPs with technical sections.
• Run technical validations (POC/POV) to show Nexthink capabilities clearly.
• Participate in webinars and marketing events.
