Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Specialist Healthcare/VDI Solution Consultant to join our North American team. You will act as a healthcare-focused presales expert, demonstrating how Nexthink supports clinical healthcare initiatives and delivers measurable value across multi-site deployments.

Travel is regular across the USA with some international trips. You will engage with CMIOs and virtualization architects, qualify deals, and lead workshops to map business outcomes to technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or technical consulting for SaaS/Cloud in clinical healthcare.
• Hands-on, multi-site experience with Citrix, AVD, Windows 365, Omnissa Horizon, or Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Experience in multi-hospital systems or academic medical centers, including EHRs (Epic, Oracle Health, Cerner).
• Ability to translate technical performance into clinical impact and discuss with CMIO and virtualization architect.
• Capability to map and troubleshoot full delivery path (device to session host).
• Proven ability to scope evaluations, defend assumptions, and quantify business problems.
• Knowledge of Healthcare IT support practices and End User Computing in corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Nexthink's Healthcare SME and evangelize the platform in the Clinical Healthcare market.
• Support sales with presales and qualification to map to business outcomes.
• Demonstrate Nexthink solutions and their measurable value for healthcare initiatives.
• Collaborate with End User Computing, IT Security, IT Operations and IT Service Management to surface high-value use cases.
• Lead large healthcare transactions and drive complex deals forward.
• Facilitate value-based workshops to uncover prospects' priorities and challenges.
• Represent Nexthink at events and contribute to external thought leadership.
