Our Clients in Makati is seeking a Solar Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical assistance for solar energy systems across the post-installation lifecycle.

You will diagnose issues, perform remote or onsite troubleshooting, and deliver responsive after-sales support while documenting findings for continuous improvement. This full-time onsite position requires strong engineering fundamentals and excellent communication with customers and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
• Professional license is advantageous but not required.
• Experience providing technical support, field service, or troubleshooting for electrical, renewable energy, or industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, electrical components, or EV charging systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers regarding solar energy systems.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting system performance remotely or onsite.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using testing and diagnostic methods.
• Deliver responsive after-sales support following installation and system turnover.
• Address customer inquiries, technical concerns and service requests professionally and timely.
• Guide customers through proper system operation, maintenance practices and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor operational data from installed solar systems to detect faults and performance irregularities.
• Prepare technical reports detailing system performance and corrective actions taken.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions.
