Excellent customer service, communication, and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel to project sites; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical support contact for customers, installers, and internal stakeholders regarding solar PV systems and related equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving solar panels, inverters, monitoring platforms, and other system components through remote or on-site support as required.
Provide guidance on system installation, commissioning, configuration, operation, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Monitor installed systems, analyze performance data, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency, reliability, and system uptime.
Escalate complex technical concerns to engineering teams or equipment manufacturers when necessary, while ensuring timely follow-through and resolution.
Maintain accurate records of technical support cases, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and system performance.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of technical documentation, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
Identify recurring technical issues and provide recommendations to support product improvements, process enhancements, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
