Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in solar energy, solar PV systems, engineering sales or renewable energy.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; able to conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Understand solar PV system design, equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales leads for residential, commercial and/or industrial solar projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and initial site assessments.
• Understand customer energy requirements and recommend suitable solar PV solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with the engineering design and installation teams to ensure proper project handover.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate with clients and assist closing sales.
• Meet assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
