Job summary

MoreEnergy Techonology Corporation is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager and Sales Team in developing business opportunities for solar power and renewable energy solutions in the Philippines. The role focuses on EPC partner sourcing, lead generation, and sales administration, coordinating with engineering, procurement, project, and operations teams.

You will build a partner database, prepare quotations and proposals, and assist during client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential solar EPC companies, contractors, installers, developers, suppliers, and partners.
• Build and maintain a database of EPC partners and leads.
• Contact partners via phone, email, and other channels; follow up regularly.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents; assist in meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain project information and requirements; support lead pipeline updates.
