Lesso (Philippines) Trading Inc is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong technical background in solar energy solutions to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring targets are met.

Key responsibilities include strategy execution, client management, business development, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role in solar/renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, project financing, and technical sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Chinese reading/writing/speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and expansion goals.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify customers, build relationships, and maintain a pipeline of leads.
• Business Development: Explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts for solar solutions.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams: Coordinate with engineers and project managers for project execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
