Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in solar PV or power projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and LV/MV electrical systems.
• Experience with project management methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Review design drawings and specifications for constructability.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Define scope of work and project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, specs, and standards.
• Validate equipment selection and installation methods.
• Coordinate material procurement and verify BOM against site needs.
• Oversee daily site activities and monitor progress against schedule.
• Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor costs, manage changes, and optimize resources.
• Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with utility for grid interconnection.
• Maintain turnover documents and O&M manuals.
• Be primary contact for clients and provide progress updates.
