Job summary

ECADIN is seeking a Solar PV Project Development Manager in the Philippines to lead land sourcing, negotiations, and early-stage development. You will build a strong project pipeline by engaging landowners, LGUs, and stakeholders, coordinating feasibility studies, and guiding projects through initial regulatory steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Environmental Science, Land Management, or related field.
• Additional qualifications in renewable energy, project development, real estate, or business development are an advantage.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in project development, land acquisition, business development, real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and evaluate potential sites for utility-scale solar PV projects in the Philippines.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective solar project opportunities via market research and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead land sourcing, landowner engagement, and commercial negotiations to secure land for development.
• Coordinate preliminary assessments and support feasibility and development risk evaluation.
• Develop and maintain project pipeline, reports, and recommended next steps.
