Envision Energy is seeking a proactive Solar PV Project Development Manager in the Philippines to lead early-stage development and land-assembly for utility-scale solar projects. You will originate sites, negotiate land access, and coordinate with engineering, legal, and permitting teams to evaluate feasibility and risks.

The role demands 5–8 years in project development or related fields, strong networks with landowners and LGUs, and the ability to drive complex negotiations in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; additional renewables qualifications are a plus.
• 5–8 years in project development, land acquisition, or renewable energy.
• Experience sourcing and securing land for large-scale projects in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate, and evaluate sites for utility-scale solar PV across the Philippines.
• Lead land sourcing, landowner engagement, and commercial negotiations for land access.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and finance teams on feasibility and risks.
• Maintain stakeholder networks and manage relationships with LGUs, landowners, and communities.
• Prepare site assessments, feasibility summaries, and management-report recommendations.
• Oversee regulatory coordination, DOE requirements, and permitting processes.
