Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to expand our solar category by engaging key partners such as Solar EPCs, construction firms, and real estate developers across Metro Manila.

You will generate leads, conduct market research, nurture relationships, and help secure contracts while providing excellent service across channels; a 4-year degree and 3–4 years of BD experience are preferred, with MS Office proficiency and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–4 years of Business Development experience in construction/real estate/engineering.
• Experience in solar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by acquiring and developing relationships with key partners.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and secure contracts.
