Job summary

Kennedy Energy and Development Corp is seeking a Solar Power Business Development Engineer to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our products and services in the Philippines. The role entails developing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

The position requires 3–5 years of sales experience, B2B expertise, and Solar Industry familiarity for non-engineers.

Qualifications

At least 3–5 years of sales experience.
B2B sales experience is required.
Solar Industry experience is required for non-engineers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing contracts.
Willing to conduct field work and client visits as needed.
Willing to work on Saturdays (as needed).
Amenable to on-site work in Makati City.
Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Lead generation: identify potential clients via email, calls, social media and marketing activities to fill the sales pipeline.
Sales presentations and promotions: tailor pitches and demonstrate products to clients.
Negotiation and closing: negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close deals.
Market research: analyze customer needs and industry trends to identify opportunities.
Strategy development: collaborate to expand market reach and achieve sales goals.
Site management: manage client sites with regular visits and ensure customer satisfaction.
