Job summary

Kennedy Energy Development Corp. is hiring a Site Engineer to support solar and renewable energy project execution in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

You will supervise sites, coordinate manpower and materials, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of three years’ site experience, with strong preference for solar or EPC project backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of site or project engineering experience.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical, power, EPC, or construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assess project requirements before and during construction.
• Oversee and monitor daily site activities including installation and construction.
• Supervise installers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure work complies with plans, drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, manpower, materials, and site productivity.
