Job summary

EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. is seeking a Software Sourcing Specialist for our BPO team. The role is 100% onsite at BGC, Taguig City, with a full-time employment type and a competitive PHP 50,000–80,000 all-in package.

You will drive strategic sourcing for software and technology services, manage supplier relationships, conduct spend analyses, and support contract negotiations and RFx activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the BPO industry is required.
• At least 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related function.
• Experience in software or technology sourcing.
• Strong background in supplier management and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for software and technology services.
