Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Software Developer to join our team on a permanent WFH arrangement in the Philippines. You will contribute to feature development, fix bugs, and continuously improve the platform while writing clean, well-documented code across multiple time zones.

Requirements include at least 3 years of professional software development, strong Node.js and PHP skills, and expertise in MySQL design and optimization. AWS, Laravel, Express.js and React experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and PHP.
• Proficiency in MySQL database design, optimization, and querying.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
