Job summary

iOPEX Technologies invites applications for a Sourcing Procurement Specialist to join our team in BGC Taguig. The role focuses on category management, cost savings, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal and Information Security.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in procurement/sourcing, strong negotiation and contract skills, and proficiency with eSourcing tools and analytics. Onsite work with a shifting schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related procurement/sourcing experience.
• Experience leveraging eSourcing tools, spend analytics, Excel and Google Suite.
• Proficiency with governing and engagement documents.
• Good negotiation and contract management experience.
• Customer service focus, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead complex sourcing events (RFP, RFI, RFQ).
• Willing to work shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category management plans and sourcing strategies to negotiate and ensure cost savings/avoidance and performance targets are achieved.
• Develop analytical reports on savings, metrics, and KPIs to monitor progress against objectives and key results.
• Provide cross functional and top-down visibility into supplier spend and performance.
• Partner closely with cross functional teams such as Legal, Information Security, and Third Party.
• Governance in ushering agreements through the source to pay workflow while securing favorable terms/deal structures.
• Manage strategic procurement engagement with one or more key business units.
• Good to excellent communications skills.
