Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, PM, or related field.
• 2–3 years IT project management experience.
• End-to-end IT/software project experience with development teams.
• Experience with Scrum, sprint planning, and Agile workflows.
• Experience with QA testing and UAT processes.
• Familiar with at least one PM platform.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate software development activities.

• Manage project schedules, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Coordinate directly with software developers and assign or monitor project tasks.

• Organize requirements and break them down into development activities.

• Support Agile ceremonies and maintain sprint plans.

• Monitor daily development progress and sprint commitments.

• Work closely with QA during testing and UAT.

• Track defects and make sure outstanding issues are followed up.

• Monitor project risks, blockers, dependencies, and delays.

• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports.

• Review completed tasks against agreed requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving.

• Manage project information using Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-3 years of IT Project Management experience.

• Has managed or coordinated an IT/software project end-to-end.

• Has experience working directly with developers and development teams.

• Has actual experience with Scrum, sprint planning, and Agile workflows.

• Has worked with QA testing and UAT processes.

• Familiar with at least one project management platform.

• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and web development.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Excellent attention to deadlines and project details.

Preferred

• Software or web application project experience.

• Exposure to APIs, databases, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or automation.

• Experience writing user stories or creating process flows.

• Scrum or Agile certification.
