We are hiring an IT Project Coordinator to help manage software and technology projects and ensure development teams stay aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Role Overview
You will work closely with developers, QA, designers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires someone who understands Agile/Scrum development, sprint management, software testing, and project coordination.
Key Duties
- Coordinate projects from requirements gathering through completion.
- Work directly with developers to organize tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
- Convert project requirements into clear tasks for the development team.
- Coordinate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Track sprint progress and ensure committed tasks are completed.
- Coordinate development activities with QA and UAT schedules.
- Monitor bugs, testing issues, blockers, and pending fixes.
- Review completed outputs based on agreed requirements.
- Maintain project dashboards and documentation.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify risks, delays, and dependencies and raise them promptly.
- Use tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related course.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Project Management or IT Project Coordination.
- Experience handling IT or software projects from start to finish.
- Experience directly coordinating or managing developers.
- Hands‑on experience in Agile/Scrum and sprint-based project delivery.
- Experience with QA, UAT, bug tracking, and issue resolution.
- Experience using project management tools.
- Understanding of software development and web development processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good follow‑up and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
Plus Points
- Experience with SaaS, APIs, CRM, ERP, databases, automation, or web applications.
- Experience creating user stories, workflows, sprint documentation, or reports.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
