• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate effective communication channels among development team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• Conduct thorough risk identification and mitigation planning specific to software development projects (e.g., technical debt, scope creep, resource constraints).

a. Collaborate with QA teams to establish and enforce software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

b. Ensure thorough testing and validation are conducted to ensure products meet performance, reliability, security, and user experience requirements.
