Job summary

ENVI-COMM CORPORATION is seeking a Software Product Operations Lead to bridge business leadership, product development, technology, and end users. You will ensure software products are properly planned, launched, monitored, and continuously improved to deliver business value.

You will translate business requirements into clear product priorities and actionable plans for technical teams, manage roadmaps, and establish standardized processes across product development, release, and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Software Project Management, Business Systems, SaaS, or related field.
  • Experience working with software development or technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in productivity, project management, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of software products from planning to deployment and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Product Operations Lead who will take a key role in managing the operational and business side of our software products.

The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between business leadership, product development, technology, and end users, ensuring that software products are properly planned, developed, launched, monitored, and continuously improved.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both business operations and software product development and can translate business requirements into clear product priorities and actionable plans for technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Operations & Strategy
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of software products from planning to deployment and continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with management to translate business objectives into product strategies, priorities, and initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and operational plans.

  • Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, user experience, efficiency, and business value.

  • Establish standardized processes for product development, release management, documentation, and product support.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between management, software developers, QA, users, and other business units.

  • Translate business requirements and user needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and delivered.

  • Monitor project and product development progress and address issues that may affect timelines or quality.

Product Development & Delivery
  • Oversee product development activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Coordinate requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-launch monitoring.

  • Ensure new features and enhancements are delivered according to agreed requirements and timelines.

  • Monitor product issues, bugs, user feedback, and improvement requests and ensure proper resolution and prioritization.

Product Performance & Analytics
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for software products.

  • Analyze product usage, adoption, customer feedback, operational performance, and other relevant data.

  • Prepare regular product performance reports and recommendations for management.

  • Use data and user feedback to recommend product improvements and future priorities.

Process Improvement
  • Develop and maintain product-related SOPs, workflows, documentation, and governance standards.

  • Identify inefficiencies in product development and operational processes and implement improvements.

  • Establish systems for tracking product requirements, issues, releases, and performance.
