Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and delivery of digital products that improve customer experiences and drive business impact. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to build scalable, user-centered solutions from concept through launch.

The role requires a proven track record in product management for SaaS, strong analytics, and the ability to translate insights into strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in technology or SaaS (MUST HAVE).
• Experience delivering products from concept to launch.
• Experience with Agile product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to growth and optimization.
• Advocate for exceptional user experience by integrating feedback into decisions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-centered solutions from concept through launch.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. (MUST HAVE)
• Proven experience managing products from concept to launch.
• Experience working with Agile product development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate customer insights and business needs into successful product strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Passion for building products that solve meaningful customer problems.
