Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd. is seeking a skilled Software License Management professional to support renewals, budget alignment, and asset tracking across global stakeholders. You will partner with CSOs, BRMs, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to optimize licensing strategies and ensure compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and communication abilities to manage multiple renewals and reports effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in software license management, contract management, or related field.
• Knowledge of software asset lifecycle management, licensing practices, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and reporting/tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage software license renewals by validating requirements and initiating procurement.
• Maintain software asset inventories and license tracking tools.
• Coordinate renewals to minimize business disruptions and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor renewal costs and align with budgets.
• Prepare recurring reports on licensing, renewals, and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and corporate policies.
