• Compliance License Management oversight of third-party administrator licenses, focused on US TPA licenses and offshore regulated entities servicing insurance clients.
• Maintain license filings, renewals and central database; collect data from internal partners and clients.
• Assess scope of businesses impacted by licenses and monitor regulatory changes.
• Report license maintenance internally and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
