Job summary

OpenText Philippines, part of the global OpenText family, is seeking a seasoned Software Auditor and Inventory Analyst to join the Compliance Management Team. The role focuses on license verification, data collection, and reporting that underpin license compliance across large enterprises.

You will manage customer engagements, perform inventory analyses in Excel, and collaborate with global teams to refine audit methods.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software auditing experience with external customers.
• Experience engaging with customers in virtual and face-to-face settings.
• Preferred third-party audit firm experience, including contract review and software licensing reviews.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong analytical and logical skills; attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage customer engagements during data collection and analysis with strict timelines.
• Perform Excel-based analysis to support audit execution and licensing reviews.
• Present deployment findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including in-person sessions when needed.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive improvements in audit methodologies.
• Interpret software license contracts and advise on audit strategy.
