Job summary

Avaloq AG in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Service Operations – Portfolio Management, Wealth Management & RM Suite team. You will develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications and services used by client banks.

You will collaborate with analysts, product teams, and delivery groups to ensure stable production systems, resolve incidents, deploy RM Suite in ACPR, and contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, and RM Suite solutions
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and complex technical issues
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, including impact analysis and fixes
• Maintain and enhance existing applications and services to meet evolving client needs
• Configure and deploy the RM Suite application in ACPR
• Support onboarding of new banking services into service delivery
• Support testing activities: validation, defect fixes, integration testing, and UAT
• Contribute to product enhancements, process improvements, and automation
• Maintain clear technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team
