Avaloq Philippines Inc. in Makati invites a Software Engineer to join the Service Operations - CLM/CRM team to ensure stable platform operations and continuous improvement of Avaloq software for clients. You will design, develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications within CLM/CRM domain.

The role collaborates with Business Analysts, Service Managers, Product and Project Delivery teams. You will investigate production issues, improve reliability, performance, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience as Software Engineer or similar in banking/financial services.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PL-SQL and RDBMS.
• Experience in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stable operation of CLM/CRM solutions and related third‑party applications.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; deliver software changes.
• Manage incidents and service requests end‑to‑end with impact analysis and fixes.
• Maintain and enhance applications to meet evolving client requirements.
• Support onboarding of new banking services into service delivery.
• Support testing activities including UAT and integration testing.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and promote best practices.
