Job summary

Avaloq Philippines Inc. is hiring a Software Engineer in the Service Operations – Portfolio Management, Wealth Management & RM Suite Team. You will develop, maintain, and support applications for client platforms.

You will work with analysts, service managers, product teams, and delivery teams to ensure stable production, resolve incidents, and improve applications and services used by clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar in banking/financial services.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and modern software practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a learning mindset.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Full professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation of Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, and RM Suite solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and defects.
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end with proper coordination.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet client needs.
• Handle configuration and deployment of RM Suite in ACPR.
• Support onboarding of new banking services into service delivery.
• Support testing activities including UAT and integration tests.
• Contribute to product enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
