Job summary

Avaloq AG in the Philippines is seeking a Software Engineer to join an international team responsible for the stability and continuous improvement of Avaloq’s Web & Mobile Banking platform.

You will operate at the intersection of development and operations, drive automation, enhance system resilience, support mission-critical production environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.

Qualifications

• Experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, scalable code and features.
• Familiarity with production support and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile banking applications (iOS and/or Android)
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reusable code
• Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities
• Ensure stable and efficient operation of the Mobile Banking platform
• Manage tickets end-to-end, including triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve services
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Maintain clear technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
