Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Chicken Dinner Studios in Pasig is seeking a Social Media Growth & Content Specialist to own audience growth, engagement, and conversion across multiple client brands. You will set targets, brief creatives, and be accountable for outcomes across various industries and voices.
You will lead strategy, define content pillars, calendar planning, and paid activity, driving measurable growth and conversions while reporting results to clients.
We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to own audience growth and conversion across several client brands at once. This is a growth role with numbers attached, not a posting role. You will set the targets, decide what gets made to hit them, brief our creative team to produce it, and be accountable for whether the figures move. You will be working across different industries and different brand voices in the same week, so range matters as much as skill.

Work Arrangement
Full-Time
Growth ownership
Own audience growth, engagement and conversion as measurable outcomes across assigned brands
Set channel-level targets for each brand and report against them monthly
Establish the baseline for a new account and define what good looks like within the first month
Diagnose underperformance and change the approach rather than increasing volume
Identify and pursue growth opportunities including collaborations, partnerships and emerging formats
Own the social strategy for each assigned brand, aligned to that client's business objectives
Define content pillars, positioning and platform approach per brand
Maintain a rolling content calendar covering campaigns, always-on content and reactive opportunities
Monitor competitors, category trends and platform changes, and adjust accordingly
Conversion
Define the conversion goal for each brand, whether that is enquiries, sign-ups, bookings, traffic or sales
Build content and campaign structures that move people toward that goal rather than stopping at awareness
Work with the client to make sure what happens after the click supports the conversion
Report on conversion performance, not just reach and engagement
Campaign and creative direction
Concept and run integrated campaigns from brief through to post-campaign review
Brief designers, video editors, illustrators and copywriters with clear objectives, formats, references and deadlines
Manage campaign timelines so assets are ready ahead of launch, not on the day
Review creative against the brief and the objective before it goes live
Write and edit platform-native copy, including captions, hooks and short-form video concepts
Paid social
Plan and manage paid activity across platforms, including audience targeting and budget allocation
Report on spend, return, and what the paid activity reveals about the organic strategy
Multi-brand management
Hold distinct strategy, voice, calendar and reporting for each brand
Prioritise across accounts when campaigns overlap, and escalat conflicts early
Apply the same standard to internal brand work as to client work
Client management and reporting
Act as the social point of contact for assigned accounts
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insight, not screenshots of dashboards
Present performance and recommendations to clients directly
Run post-campaign reviews covering what worked, what did not, and what changes next time
You own the numbers. Growth, reach, engagement and conversion are your problem to solve, and flat performance is something you diagnose rather than report.
You work to goals, not to a calendar. Before anything gets made you know what it is supposed to achieve, what the baseline is, and what success looks like in figures. A month with lots of posts and no movement is a month you would call a failure.
You switch between brands cleanly. A professional services client and a consumer brand need different voices, different platforms and different tactics, and you hold all of that without one bleeding into another.
You are comfortable on camera and in conversation. You pitch ideas, present results, push back on a brief that will not work, and talk to clients directly without needing someone to translate for you.
You brief creatives well and then get out of the way. Our designers, editors and illustrators make the work.
You give them a sharp objective, a reference, a format and a reason, then judge the result against the brief rather than your own taste.
You test rather than guess. You form a hypothesis, run it, read the result and change the approach. You do not repeat the same content pattern for six months because it is what the calendar says.
You read the data properly. You know the difference between a metric that flatters and a metric that matters, and you can explain that difference to someone who does not want to hear it.
You are ahead of the trend rather than reporting it. You know what is happening on each platform now, not what a newsletter told you last week.
You want to run a team eventually. You take initiative beyond your own accounts, you have opinions about how things should work, and you would rather improve the process than complain about it.
As Social Media Growth Specialist you own strategy and growth for a portfolio of client brands, each with its own objectives, audience and voice.
For each brand you set the growth targets, define the content approach, build the calendar, brief the creative team, manage paid activity, and report on what the activity actually delivered. You are the person accountable for the channel performing.
You will not be producing the creative. Our design and video team makes the assets. Light hands-on work is fine when speed matters, but production is not your job.
You will work alongside the Community Engagement Specialist, who owns day to day engagement, listening and community health. You own strategy, content direction, campaigns and growth. They own what happens in the comments and what the audience is saying back.
This role is built to grow. As the social function expands, the person in it is the natural candidate to lead it.
Measure your work in volume of posts rather than results
Cannot state what a piece of content was supposed to achieve
Need a content calendar handed to you before you can start
Have only worked on one brand or in one industry
Default to the same tone and tactics regardless of the client
Want a hands-on production role where you design and edit the content yourself
Are uncomfortable presenting numbers that show a campaign underperformed
Avoid client-facing conversations or need someone else to present your work
Have only run organic content and have never touched paid
Keep running the same approach when the data says it has stopped working
Wait for approval on every decision instead of working within an agreed strategy
Go quiet when a campaign is not working
Are looking for part-time, freelance, or project-based work
Plan to hold this alongside another full-time role
Want something temporary while you look for a permanent position
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, advertising, multimedia arts, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience is accepted in place of a degree.
Experience
At least 4 years managing social media for brands, with clear ownership rather than support-level involvement
Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously, with distinct voices and objectives
Experience across more than one industry, with examples you can walk through
Demonstrable growth results, including the starting point, what you changed, and the outcome
Demonstrable conversion results, not only reach and engagement
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and managing a budget
Experience briefing and working alongside designers, video editors and copywriters
Experience presenting directly to clients or senior stakeholders
Startup or agency experience in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment
Strategic and analytical knowledge
Working knowledge of Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X, including the format and algorithm differences between them
Understanding of short-form video as a primary format, including hooks, pacing, captions and retention
Ability to read and interpret analytics across platforms, plus Google Analytics
Understanding of the funnel, and how social activity connects to conversion
Solid grasp of visual and brand fundamentals, enough to judge whether creative is on brand and on brief
Competent in spreadsheets, including formulas, trackers and reporting
Communication and disposition
Excellent written English, with a genuine ear for tone and voice across different audiences
Confident spoken English, able to present a campaign plan or performance review to a client
Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations, with clients, with the team, and with partners
Able to write a brief a designer can execute without three rounds of clarification
Able to explain performance honestly, including when results fall short
Leadership potential
Interest in growing into a leadership position as the social function expands
Takes initiative beyond their own accounts
Comfortable giving direct feedback and holding others to agreed commitments
Openness to direct feedback and a rising performance standard
Tools and platforms
Meta Business Suite and native platform tools
A scheduling platform such as Later, Buffer, Sprout Social or Hootsuite
Google Analytics and platform-native analytics
Google Workspace, ClickUp or a comparable project management platform, and Slack
Familiarity with Canva and Figma, sufficient to review and mark up creative
Availability and commitment
Full-time availability. This is not a part-time, freelance, or project-based engagement.
No concurrent full-time role or competing commitments
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time
Some flexibility around campaign launches and live moments
