You must have excellent written English, strong reading comprehension, and the judgment to escalate high-value conversations. This is a steady, confidential role for precise, unsupervised work.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with flawless grammar, tone and phrasing.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to grasp context before replying.
• Discretion and professionalism around account access and private conversations.
• Ability to pick the right response from the existing message library.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn messaging and Substack comment interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Work through daily queue of LinkedIn DMs and comments, replying promptly.
• Run Substack comments and reader replies professionally.
• Pick the correct prepared response for each situation from the library.
• Read conversations carefully to ensure responses fit what was said.
• Flag conversations with genuine buying interest instead of templated replies.
• Maintain a steady voice across every account you run.
• Escalate unusual or high-value conversations instead of guessing.
• Keep the daily queue cleared and current so no message goes unanswered.
• Handle confidential account access with complete discretion.
