Key Responsibilities:

• Work through a daily queue of LinkedIn direct messages and comments, replying promptly and appropriately

• Run Substack comments and reader replies, keeping engagement active and professional

• Pick the correct prepared response for each situation from an existing message library

• Read every conversation carefully before replying, seeing that the response actually fits what the person said

• Pick out and flag conversations where someone shows genuine interest, rather than carrying on with a templated reply

• Hold a steady voice and tone across every account you run, writing in that account's established style

• Escalate unusual, sensitive, or high-value conversations instead of guessing

• Keep the daily queue cleared and current so no message goes unanswered

• Handle confidential account access and private conversations with complete discretion
