Responsibilities

• Work through a daily queue of LinkedIn DMs and comments, responding promptly and appropriately.
• Manage Substack comments and reader replies, keeping engagement active and professional.
• Select the correct prepared response from an existing message library.
• Read conversations carefully before replying to ensure the response fits.
• Identify and flag conversations with real buying interest beyond templated replies.
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all accounts you manage.
• Escalate unusual or high-value conversations to avoid guesswork.
