VA Masters is seeking an Engagement Specialist to manage inbound conversations across LinkedIn and Substack. You will reply from a prepared messaging library, handle daily queue items, and identify conversations showing genuine buying interest with care and consistency.

You'll focus on maintaining a consistent voice, escalate high-value conversations, and ensure responses fit the context. A strong command of written English and reading comprehension are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with flawless grammar, tone control and natural phrasing.
• Strong reading comprehension and context grasp before replying.
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling conversations and escalation.
• Ability to work across LinkedIn and Substack messaging interfaces with consistency.
• Independence to manage daily queues and maintain accuracy on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work through daily queue of LinkedIn DMs and comments, replying promptly using prepared responses.
• Manage Substack comments and reader replies, keeping engagement active and professional.
• Select appropriate responses from existing message library per situation.
• Read conversations carefully to ensure replies fit what the person said.
• Flag conversations showing genuine buying interest for onward handling.
• Maintain a consistent voice across accounts and write in established style.
• Escalate unusual or high-value conversations instead of guessing.
• Keep daily queue clear and current with no unanswered messages.
• Handle confidential account access and private conversations with discretion.
