We're excited to bring on a sharp, trustworthy Engagement Specialist to manage inbound conversations across LinkedIn and Substack. You will work through a daily queue of direct messages and comments, responding using an established library of prepared messaging, and identifying which conversations show real buying interest. This is a role for someone with excellent written English and strong reading comprehension — you are not running campaigns or building strategy, you are handling real conversations with care, judgment, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work through a daily queue of LinkedIn direct messages and comments, responding promptly and appropriately
• Manage Substack comments and reader replies, keeping engagement active and professional
• Select the correct prepared response for each situation from an existing message library
• Read each conversation carefully before replying, ensuring the response actually fits what the person said
• Identify and flag conversations where someone is showing genuine interest, rather than continuing with a templated reply
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone across every account you manage, writing in the established style of that account
• Escalate unusual, sensitive, or high-value conversations instead of guessing
• Keep the daily queue cleared and up to date so no message goes unanswered
• Handle confidential account access and private conversations with complete discretion

Mandatory Skills
