Responsibilities

• Work through a daily queue of LinkedIn DMs and comments, responding promptly.
• Manage Substack comments and reader replies, keeping engagement professional.
• Select the correct prepared response from a library for each situation.
• Read conversations carefully to ensure the reply fits what was said.
• Identify conversations showing genuine buying interest and flag appropriately.
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone across accounts.
