Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a capable leader to lead and oversee the implementation of Social Development Division programs across field offices in the Philippines. You will ensure plans, projects, budgets, and targets are achieved efficiently while providing strategic leadership, staff supervision, financial oversight, and strong partnership development.

This role emphasizes monitoring and evaluation, compliance with organizational policies, and collaboration with the Country Director.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Social Development Division programs across all field offices.
• Direct and spearhead the Social Development Division programs.
• Participate in planning and conduct social development community projects, overseeing budgeting and implementation.
• Oversee field offices’ operations and ensure smooth execution of program activities.
• Provide guidance to address operational challenges and supervise field managers toward program targets.
• Contribute to short- and long-term organizational planning as a management team member.
• Provide internal communications support to the organization.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for social development programs.
• Monitor and evaluate social development programs against budget and impact metrics.
• Establish and sustain partnerships with national and international stakeholders.

Job description

Lead and oversee the implementation of Social Development Division programs, ensuring approved plans, projects, budgets, and operational targets are achieved efficiently across all field offices. Provide strategic leadership, staff supervision, financial oversight, partnership development, internal communication support, monitoring and evaluation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies while carrying out other duties assigned by the Country Director.

• Ensures that programs indicated in the approved Plan of Action are implemented by all sector staffs in a timely manner
• Direct and spearhead the Social Development Division programs.
• Participate in the conceptual planning and conduct of social development community projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Oversee the over-all operation of Field Offices particularly on the SDD implementation of programs, projects and activities as planned.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of the operations functions by providing guidance, feedback and finding solutions for operational challenges on a day-to-day basis.
• Supervise the field managers in line with Social Development program targets and deliverable
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
• Provide internal communications support to the organization.
• Develop and manage annual budget for the social development programs
• Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget particularly related to the Social Development Division.
• Monitor and evaluate all related Social Development programs according to

• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization and ensure confidentiality of all transaction/s and or/ information at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related
7+ years in social development program management
