Job summary

ZigZag Philippines is hiring a Social Solutions Assistant to support the North America Social team from the Philippines. You will handle QA, campaign activation across Meta/TikTok, and reporting while ensuring timely responses to client needs and maintaining internal documentation.

The role requires English fluency, 1 year of digital media experience, strong remote-work discipline, and proficiency with Excel and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• 1 year of digital media experience; social media advertising preferred.
• Strong work ethic and discipline to work productively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Slack).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.
• Experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own QA processes pre/post campaign launch across social platforms.
• Assist with campaign activation and setup across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others.
• Escalate to Social Solutions Managers on day-to-day tasks and deadlines.
• Support campaign management/coverage—pace and optimize towards goals and margins.
• Respond promptly to requests using internal systems knowledge.
• Assist with pricing and RFP support, including pulling platform data.
• Support tracking and pixel implementation, and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Maintain internal process and best practices documentation.
• Own reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc audits.
• Take and share notes for team meetings.
