Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
• 2-4 years of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or lead generation.
• 2-4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and digital analytics.
• Experience using CRM and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company's business goals.
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
• Create compelling marketing content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other appropriate platforms.
• Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, including campaign results, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
