Job summary

ZigZag is seeking a Social Solutions Assistant to join our remote North America Social team. You will learn and grow in social media advertising across paid platforms, managing multiple details and projects with care.

Responsibilities include QA, campaign setup, reporting, and support across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more. We value proactive, organized, and collaborative individuals who thrive in a fast-paced digital world.

Qualifications

1 year of digital media experience; social media advertising experience preferred.
Fluent in English, written and verbal.
Strong work ethic and discipline for remote work.
Proficiency with video conferencing and messaging apps (Zoom, Google Meet, Slack).

Responsibilities

Own QA process pre/post campaign launch across social platforms.
Assist with campaign activation and setup across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other platforms.
Escalate to Social Solutions Managers for day-to-day tasks and issues.
Support campaign management/coverage to meet unit goals, KPIs and margins.
Respond quickly to general and specialized requests using internal systems.
Assist with pricing and RFP support, including data gathering and formatting.
Support tracking pixels and troubleshooting on social platforms.
Maintain up-to-date internal process and best practices docs.
Own reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc audits.
Take and share notes for team meetings.
All other duties as assigned.
