Job summary

ZigZag is seeking a Social Solutions Assistant to join our team and grow into an expert in social media advertising across paid platforms. You will manage QA, campaign setup, and reporting while supporting the North America Social team remotely from the Philippines.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strong communicators, and quick problem-solvers with at least 1 year of digital media experience. Proficiency with Excel and collaboration tools is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of digital media experience is required.
• English fluency in written and verbal form.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work remotely and in US time zones.
• Proficiency with video conferencing and messaging apps (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Slack).
• Experience with paid social platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the QA process pre/post campaign launch across social platforms.
• Assist with campaign activation and setup across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other platforms.
• Escalate to Social Solutions Managers on day-to-day tasks.
• Support campaign management/coverage to meet unit goals, KPIs and margins.
• Assist with pricing and RFP data collection and formatting.
• Support tracking/pixel implementation and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain internal process and best practices documentation.
• Own reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc audits.
• Take and share notes for team meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
